Marc Jacobs was born in New York in 1963. In 1981 he graduated from the famous Parsons Design School, and in 1986 he released his first collection under the Marc Jacobs brand and became the youngest designer awarded with the CFDA award. In 1997, Mark joined Louis Vuitton as creative director, opened his own store in New York and won the CFDA award as "Best designer of women's clothing." In 2000 the first collection of bags and the second line of fashionable clothes Marc by Marc Jacobs were presented.
