The story of Etro began in 1968, when Jimmo Etro founded his small manufactory for the production of garment fabrics. Jimmo produced exceptionally expensive and quality fabrics made from natural fibers, such as cashmere, silk and cotton. The highlight of Etro's fabrics was an excellent design and bright colors to succeed with the introduction of innovative colorants. Particular attention should be paid to the use of the "Paisley" pattern, which was created by the brand in 1981.
